Cancelling your order will only be possible if your order has not gone to production. Please contact us as soon as you can.

If your order has to be returned for some reason or has been damaged , a replacement will be supplied or a refund should that be the best course of action, a refund normally 5 - 7 days to reach your account.

We can amend, edit or change your order only if its not gone to production, contact us to find out its status.

We don't supply tracking numbers on every order although we do have them and can supply you with it on request.
